“Basic WordPress Workshop” Organized
TU-PNC, 29 June 2018 – A workshop on the "Basic WordPress Workshop" was organized for the students of B.Sc. CSIT program on 29 June 2018.
The workshop was facilitated by Pritam Sen Thakuri, CEO & Founder at Webpage Nepal and Bibek Chalise, a freelancer WordPress developer.
At the same program, an encouraging speech was delivered by Yam Bdr Chhetri, Co-founder Webexpert Nepal, saying that information technology provides higher education with the potential for disseminating knowledge to more people than ever before. The IT program at Prithvi Narayan Campus is to integrate information technology into higher education in the institution, he added.
The workshop was attended by the second and fourth semester students. Speaking at the workshop, one of the student participants said that the program such as this should be organized for the students. He further said that this program encouraged the students to work hard and enhance the IT education in the campus.
The faculty members who teach in the BSC.CSIT program were also present in the program.
The participants were welcomed by Kul Prasad Dahal, Program Director of BSc. CSIT Program at Prithvi Narayan Campus. He said that this type of program would be continued in the days ahead in order to interact with other IT organizations.
