Orientation Program Organized for B.Sc. (Microbiology Group) Freshers

TU-PNC, 3 Mar. 2016: On 1 March 2016, the 4th Year students of B.Sc. (Microbiology Group) organized an orientation program for newcomers of the Microbiology Group of B.Sc. program this year.

Participated by more than 50 students, the orientation program was very fruitful and information to the first year’s students of B.Sc. Microbiology Group, it was reported. The program was initiated by Anjani Gurung, a student of 4th Year. “We want to create a culture of continuous improvement for newcomers,” she said.

Similarly, Ganesh Adhikari, another student of 4th year (Microbiology Group) emphasized that senior’s experience should be passed down to future generations. “This tradition will go on,” he added.

The main objective of the orientation program was to introduce the first year students about the nature and contents of the courses in B.Sc. Microbiology.

6.            Microorganisms as Biofertilizers and Biopesticides: Kusum Shrestha, B.Sc. 4th Year

7.            Scope of microbiology: Anjani Gurung, B.Sc. 4th year
