TU-PNC, 2 April 2016: The students of MA 2nd Year at the Department of English organized a one-day seminar on Saturday, 2 April 2016. The seminar was held in the English Resource Center, Prithvi Narayan Campus, Pokhara.
The seminar was on the course in Nepal Studies and five students presented their papers on topics related to the course. The details about the topics and presenters are given below:

Apart from presentations, Rina Thapa, a student participant sang a Nepali song during the presentations. The seminar was hosted by Ramesh Parajuli, another student and moderated by Dr. Min Pun, Associate Professor at the department.
On behalf of the participants, Renu Thapa and Nitesh Tripathi, students of MA Second Year, giving feedback spoke a few words about the seminar. While sharing his feelings about the programme, Nitesh said, Todays seminar is very successful and we learned a lot from it. He also expressed his concern about the continuity of such programmes for students.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Dr. Pun said, I understand that its difficult to produce a paper and give the presentation, but once you do it, your creativity grows up and you become confident to face the mass. He also gave a vote of thanks to those who participated in the programme as presenters, audience, volunteers and entertainers.
Present at the seminar was Alex G. Lawdry, an American volunteer, to teach at the Department of English Education, Prithvi Narayan Campus.
The seminar was part of class activities organized by MA Second Year students at the Department of English, Prithvi Narayan Campus.
