VISA APPLICATION

It is the individual participant’s responsibility to inquire about the visa requirements to enter Nepal and apply for a conference visa, if necessary. If you require a visa, we advise you to obtain and submit a Letter of Invitation from the conference team to help facilitate your visa process. Also be advised that a letter of invitation is only issued to registered and paid/approved participants, and due to the lengthy immigration process, participants that apply for visa requirements need to act early. In principle, we will issue a letter of invitation to all national and international participants after their registration is completed for participation.
